I am acknowledging your public complaint made through CRCC. According to the CRCC, a number of complaints have been accepted and I will be addressing those through investigation. Nine RCMP officers were named (1 being retired) and all active members have been served by me. Sgt Curt Wallace is with HRP and thus, I cannot investigation his conduct. You will have to contact HRP for that.

Your intake is quite lengthy and is taking some time to sift though, however I want to be thorough. I have also reviewed your YouTube video on your website outlining your concerns with Nova Scotia Health and the RCMP.

Over the next few days, I will be sending you a series of emails in an effort to stay organized.

For example: I will send an email titled “Cpl. Welke- Neglect of Duty” and in the body I will ask you to provide details into the allegations against her only as a statement.

I will send an email like that for each subject member. This will keep both you and I organized and the investigation will go much smoother. After I received those responses, I would like to meet with you in person at a location of your preference. In this meeting, I will be in plain clothes (not in uniform).
