Assistant Commissioner Morrow,

Thank you for your July 30, 2026 response. I am seeking clarification on two important issues arising directly from your letter. A copy is attached and is also available at:

You stated:

“With respect to the allegations of sexual assault that you referenced in your correspondence, I can confirm that the matter remains under investigation.”

However, your response did not identify the investigation, investigating officer or unit, case number, or provide any contact information through which I can communicate with the investigators or provide my outstanding statement.

The only sexual-assault investigation I am aware of is RCMP file 2025-21595, supervised by Sgt. Shelly Mews. Sgt. Mews has not contacted me back in 519 days, despite repeated attempts to communicate with her, and there is direct video evidence showing the deletion of voicemails. She is also now a listed subject member in CRCC investigation 2026-1781 regarding the handling of these matters. This creates a clear conflict of interest.

Could you please confirm:

1. Is the ongoing investigation you referenced RCMP file 2025-21595?
2. If so, who is currently responsible for that investigation, given Sgt. Mews’ status as a subject member in 2026-1781?
3. If you were referring to a different investigation, what is the file number, investigating unit, and appropriate contact information?
4. Who should I contact to provide my outstanding statement and additional evidence?
5. Does the Nova Scotia RCMP consider 519 days without contact from the supervising officer to be consistent with RCMP policy and investigative standards?

There is also a separate issue your response did not address. The materials include CSIS case reference Attachment5566, national-security concerns, and reported election interference. Your letter addresses the sexual assault and then directs concerns regarding RCMP members to the CRCC, but it does not identify what is being done with these separate underlying matters.

Cpl. Joseph Fraser’s role as Public Complaint Investigator concerns the conduct of RCMP members through the CRCC process. That process does not itself identify who is responsible for investigating the underlying national-security concerns, election interference, or other potentially criminal matters.

Could you therefore also please confirm:

1. Were Attachment5566, the national-security concerns, and the reported election interference included in the materials reviewed before your July 30 response?
2. Have any of those matters been referred to an RCMP investigative unit or another appropriate agency?
3. If so, to whom were they referred?
4. If not, what RCMP unit or contact should I report them to so they can be formally assessed?
5. Did the CRCC fail to provide you with Attachment5566 and the national-security and election-interference issues, or were those matters provided to you and omitted from your July 30 response?

I am not asking you to disclose confidential investigative steps or potential outcomes. I am asking to know what investigation you were referring to, who I am supposed to communicate with, and where the national-security and election-interference evidence is supposed to go.

Currently, I am organizing meetings with the Director of CSIS, Daniel Rogers, along with the NSIRA.

I am prepared to provide a formal statement, the supporting evidence, and any clarification required.
