Good morning Mr. Jewers.
I acknowledge receipt of several emails, sent over the past weekend.
I am unsure from your communication if you wish to appeal the decisions in relation to Dr. Holm and Dr. Murphy.
As the appeal deadline has recently passed, please respond to his message today if you wish to initiate an appeal of one or both of the decisions.
If you decide to appeal these decisions, I will follow up with information regarding the appeal process.

I understand Suzanne. Thanks for your reply. We canot continue given that you filed my records with Cox and palmer.. they are going to tell you they are a massive conflict of interest... and the college filed my personal and confidential information with them.... a direct Violations of thier obligations under section 46. the college has removed my ability to handle this because you are handing everything to the employer of one of my named abusers while you are clearly tailoring those submission in your favor.... So everything I say you send to them... your fraudulent records get sent to them.... you literally say " you allege" and then completely slandered me, misrepresented me and can't even quote me and then sent that to my legal opposition... this is really bad Suzanne. As in mutimillion dollar bad.
This is a massive privacy breach. It is up to the college to explain what they did, report the Breach and explain what I should do as a victim of this continued retaliation, professional negligence and fraud.
Will records be continued to be supplied to Cox and Palmer!?
Suzanne... listen I dont you. I dont have any problems with you. Dont let these people screw you too. Take this to legal right now and ask them about how bad the conflict of interest is. And wash your hands of it before the fraud Gus and his buddies blame you.

Hello again Mr. Jewers.
I have received the following advice in relation to your last message:
A physician who is subject of a complaint has a right to be represented by a lawyer. Cox & Palmer is the firm in this case. They are bound by the same confidentiality as the physician and the complainant.
We note you have made some information gathered during this process publicly available on facebook. This is a violation of Section 46 of the Medical Act. Everyone involved in the process must maintain confidentiality. This includes you, the physician and their lawyer.
If that satisfies your concern, and you wish to proceed with the appeal we will process that. Cox & Palmer will be provided with that information.
You are reminded if you do proceed, any further breaches of confidentiality of the College process may result in our inability to share the decision of the appeal committee with you.
I note Cox & Palmer is only involved in your complaint against Dr. Holm.
If you decide to proceed with an appeal, Cox & Palmer will be notified of the appeal re Dr. Holm, and receive a copy of the subsequent appeal decision. No additional information will be provided to Cox & Palmer for the appeal process.
Please advise today if you would like me to initiate the appeal process.

Nobody said that the doctors are not allowed to be represented. That's obvious.This complaint involves Stephen Mcniel. Who works at Cox and Palmer and has a significant role. When you contact a lawyer, they do a conflict of interest check right? RIGHT.
Given that I was arrested, falsely imprisoned and tortured because Nancy Murphy and Kristen Hom told me that just because Stpehen McNiel was involved and I am basically retarded is a serious conflict of interest. Do you see that I went to HRP to file a police complaint regarding serious abuse? Including ym GPS being set to 9330 Highway #7 Stillwater NS. And Stephen Mcniel, the Premier resigned as part of the investigation... Whilehis Brother Robin McNiel was acting chief during the events. You are sending my Personal and Confidential medical records, and so every bit of misrepresentation directly to the Employer of My Named Abuser. How can they represent both Stephen McNiel and Kristen Holm? Cox and Palmer Lawyer and Stephen Mcniel are coworkers... a massive conflict of interest... And you don't just get to say he isn't involved... There has been a resignation of a Chief Of Police in regards to this. You are calling me a liar again and revictimizing me.
You Suzanna have violated section 46. The fact that when spoon fed you still reply with your fraud and failure while I do your jobs for you is absolutely incredible. And is nothing but a testament to the culture of Fraud at NSHA and College.
Are you, Suzzane Husbands claiming there is no conflict of interest between Cox and Palmer, Stephen McNiel and Colleges Efforts? Do you Suzzane Husbands believe those Parties can act impartially?
I will call cox and palmer. Ask to file suit against Stedphen Mcniel. If they say they are a conflict of interest.... you absolutely loose do you understand that? You know they are going to say he is a conflict of interest...

Hello again Mr. Jewers.
In your first email message today, you asked me to seek advice. I did that and shared the advice I received with you.
Stephen McNeil does not have access to your complaint file. As Dr. Holm is represented by Cox & Palmer, her lawyer will receive the notification of an appeal and a copy of the appeal decision.
My role is to initiate the appeal process if you choose to go that route.
I am again asking if you want to initiate the appeal process. Please advise.

I made a mistake. I assumed you were a responsible and organized professional. I apologize. Clearly you didn't even know this case was about Stephen McNiel even though it is the core of the case? How!?
So... when you sent your question did you include that it was Stephen Mcniel the seriousness of the accusations? No you didn't and you are blaming me. So then I clarify based on your reply and you are blaming me again.
This is absolutely incredible. While the accusation against Stephen mcNielis was literally that they used confidential information and confidential systems to specifically retaliate. Directly questioning the very ethical behavior you are putting so much implicit trust in. That they were possibly involved in the theft of my wallet. It's right there plain text in your face... but they would never share information for benefit? Remember this is worth mutl;timillion dollars, careers and legacies... This is an embarrassment.
Now, either the College or You Suzzane must take responsibility and clearly answer. These are basic yes no questions. That's all you need to state:
Are you, Suzzane Husbands and College claiming there is no conflict of interest between Cox and Palmer, Stephen McNiel and Colleges Efforts regarding Kristen Holm?
Do you Suzzane Husbands and College believe those Parties can act impartially?
Those are basic simple yes, no questions. Asked by law firms themselves. If you can't answer those basic questions clearly and with confidence then the issue is clearly not with me. I'm asking very good questions and bringing massive amounts of evidence. While I'm literally referencing the professional and legal standard... spoon feeding you.
So I think we need an adjustment of tone so that the college starts to appreciate what is really happening here. Under Gender Pronoun laws I'm asking that in all further communications you please refer to me as Daddy.
