Regarding your question about the flash drive: I live in Ecum Secum, about 158 km from the Purolator outlet holding the delivery — over 5 hours of driving round trip and roughly $60 in fuel. That is why I could not pick it up. Canada Post delivers to my community and is the standard for Government of Canada correspondence for exactly this reason. Please resend via Canada Post.
Now the serious concern. On June 1, 2026, Cpl. Joseph Fraser of the RCMP, assigned to investigate my CRCC complaint, provided me the list of officers CRCC gave him. That list does not match my submissions:
- Removed: RCMP Sheet Harbour Detachment officers Sherry Charant, Krista Pye, and Zachary Lechene — the officers who received direct statements regarding Jessica Welke, whom cases 2023-1031 and 2024-3291 centre around. Audio recordings, video, and transcripts of these interactions were provided to CRCC as part of my submission. Also removed: Mike Duheme and Dennis Daley.
- Added: Cst. Matthews, listed under false arrest. This officer appears nowhere in any of my submissions. I did not name this officer, and no such circumstance exists in my complaint.

I ask CRCC to answer the following in writing:
- Why were Sherry Charant, Krista Pye, Zachary Lechene, Mike Duheme, and Dennis Daley removed from the officer list provided to the RCMP investigator?
- Who is Cst. Matthews, why was this officer added, and on what basis was a false arrest allegation attributed to my complaint?
- On what policy basis was I denied the ability to file a complaint regarding the handling of my file by CRCC staff, and why was that decision made by one of the staff members the complaint concerned? Please provide the applicable policy.
I am also requesting a phone call from a member of CRCC. If CRCC declines to call, please state that in writing along with the reason.
Given that this discrepancy directly affects an active RCMP investigation into a violent sexual assault, I expect these questions to be answered specifically rather than with a general response. I have copied Cpl. Fraser's contact information into my records and will be providing him this correspondence.
